Royal CNC Collet Chucks provide a simple, low-cost method for utilizing collets on all CNC lathes and turning centers.

Royal manufactures two basic styles of CNC collet chucks, each having their own distinct advantages. Our Quick-Grip models offer a wide (1/16") gripping range, ten-second collet changes, and are extremely short for maximum z-azis travel. Our Low-Profile models utilize conventional spring-type collets (5C, 3J, S-26, etc.), and have been optimized for maximum tool clearance and rigidity.

Both the Quick-Grip and Low-Profile models are available in either Pullback or Accu-Length configurations.

All Royal CNC Collet Chucks are made in USA and have been approved by all major machine tool builders. Each chuck includes a custom-machined drawtube connector for hassle-free installation, and employs Royal's exclusive Bolt & Go Mounting Advantage.
