Royal Products stocks thousands of Premium Grade Collets for all types of turning and milling applications. Some of the collets in our line are manufactured in our U.S. factory, while others are imported from high quality overseas suppliers.

All Royal collets undergo complete inspection and are guaranteed to very high accuracy standards. For example, our ER collets are guaranteed to 6 microns while the 5C and R8 collets are guaranteed to run within 0.0005” TIR or better.

Royal Premium Grade 5C, R8, and ER collets are hardened for wear-resistance and durability. Our emergency collets, expanding collets, and step collets are supplied in the soft state so they can be easily machined to your required dimensions.
